As an LSA, you are only commissioned for the state where you live, but you will sometimes handle loan packages for other states depending on your clients’ needs. Yet not all loan packages look the same. They are often very different, and repetition is a key to success in this industry.

That’s why a different refinance package will be covered in each instructor-led course. Every state has varying and complex requirements for the loans you will close, and they can be challenging to complete. But with each course you sign up for, you will learn how to handle and complete the critical documents of each state’s refinance package, giving you confidence and peace of mind.
